SunSavings exists because going solar is one of the biggest purchases a homeowner will ever make, and most people are expected to make it with almost no unbiased help.
Why we started
Talk to a solar company and you will hear a great pitch for that solar company. Talk to three of them and you will get three different system sizes, three different warranties, and three very different prices. Homeowners deserve better than guessing which one is honest.
We started SunSavings to be the independent expert on the homeowner's side of the table. We are not an installer and we do not manufacture equipment. Our job is to compare the market for you and make sure the system you buy is the right one.
What we believe
Equipment matters
Cheap panels can cost you more in lost production than they save up front. We recommend proven, bankable equipment with real performance history.
Warranties matter
A 25 year investment deserves 25 year protection. We read the fine print on product, workmanship, roof, and production coverage so you do not have to.
Price matters
Solar pricing varies wildly between installers, sometimes by thousands of dollars for identical equipment. Competition is the homeowner's best friend, and we create it.
How we work
When you work with SunSavings, we start with your home and your electric bill, not with a sales quota. We gather competing offers from vetted local installers, compare equipment, warranty terms, financing, and total cost, then present one clear recommendation. If you decide to move forward, we coordinate the details through installation day. Our service is free for homeowners.
